The Ronald McDonald House of Memphis is a “home-away-from-home” for families who are in Memphis while their child is receiving treatment for cancer or another catastrophic illness at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. All families stay completely free of charge! Each family that walks through the doors of Ronald McDonald House® of Memphis is on a journey no family would ever want to take. With the help and support of caring volunteers and staff, Ronald McDonald House® of Memphis provides comfort to families with very sick children at their greatest time of need. With 51 bedrooms, large common living areas and kitchens, a game room, teen room, meditation room and outdoor playgrounds, families at Ronald McDonald House® of Memphis can maintain their routines and establish normalcy at a time when their lives are anything but normal.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Memphis has been a comforting place for more than 5,600 families since opening in 1991. The Ronald McDonald House of Memphis can give a family more time with their sick child and that means more hugs, more kisses and more “I love yous.”
